Returns & Exchanges

We can accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Please include your packing slip. All garments must have price tags attached. Items will be refunded in the original method of payment.

You are free to mail your return via the carrier of your choice (USPS, Fed Ex, etc.) or for your convenience; Fawbush's can e-mail you a UPS Return Label. Follow these simple instructions:

Send a return label request via e-mail to returns@fawbushs.com.

Please include the following: first and last name, and order number.

A UPS label will be emailed to you by the end of the business day.  Weekend requests will be processed on the next business day. When your return is processed, $8 will be deducted from your return credit.

We are glad to exchange unworn items, depending upon availability. The fastest way to make an exchange is to purchase the size you need online.  We will credit the original purchase when it arrives at our returns department.

Fawbush's will not make retroactive adjustments to merchandise purchased prior to a sale.

Shipping & Handling

All orders will be shipped by UPS the business day following the day of the transaction. 

UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box, please enter a street address under the Ship To Address
 
Orders that are to be shipped INTERNATIONALLY will not reflect shipping charges during the checkout process. This charge will be applied to your credit card at the time of shipment. All orders will be sent USPS. Please refer to our online policies page for more information.   
 
All USA orders over $500 receive FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING.
 

Holiday Gift Returns

Holiday Gifts are returnable for a refund through January 5th.

After January 5th, holiday gifts are not returnable.

International Orders

Canada

All international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.

USPS rates:

1-2 ITEMS $40.95

3-5 ITEMS $53.95

6+ ITEMS $60.00

We will do our best to minimize shipping charges. We will accurately list items and values on custom forms. We will not label packages as "gifts" or misrepresent any facts.

Orders that are to be shipped to Canada will not reflect shipping charges during the checkout process. This charge will be applied to your credit card at the time of shipment. All orders will be sent USPS.

Customers are responsible for local duties and taxes, which are assessed once the package arrives in your country. We cannot estimate any of these additional charges.

Please note that packages can often be delayed while clearing customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

Sales Tax

Minnesota customers will be charged sales tax as determined by Minnesota law. 

 

Our Privacy Statement

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

Online Security

Your credit card is completely safe.

Protecting your information is our highest priority. We have developed several safeguards to keep your information completely confidential. To proceed to checkout, you must enter your e-mail address and create a password. The checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)* technology to insure your safety.

*Secure Sockets Layer encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for that information to be decoded by a party outside of the store you shop with.

Furthermore, only our store will have your information; other members of the Modern Retail community will not have access to your information unless you decide to shop with them.

To check the security of your connection during checkout, look for the unbroken key or closed lock at the bottom of your browser window. This indicates SSL is active.

Shopping Online

To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)

To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.

To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "shoppingBag" link in the page header.

To purchase what you've selected, click on your shoppingBag and click "checkout". Follow the three simple steps to purchase your items.

Once we have confirmed your order, an account for you is automatically established for the Modern Retail community of stores.

To access your account in the future, click the "myAccount" button in the header of any page and enter the e-mail address and password you created at checkout.  (If you have not been through checkout, but would like to create an account, simply click on my account and follow the steps to create a new account.)

E-MAIL

We do not have the ability to change your email address for you.  If you have a change in email address, it will be necessary to create a new account with your new email address.
