Shipping & Handling

All U.S. orders will be shipped by UPS or U.S.P.S. the following business day.

All contiguous U.S. orders over $99.00 receive free UPS or U.S.P.S. ground shipping.

All International & Canadian orders will be shipped by U.S.P.S. - rates for shipping will be calculated at checkout.
DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
Returns
We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery of your package. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item once we receive it. Fawbush's reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 14 day policy. Please include a copy of your packing slip. Refunds will be issued to the card used to make the purchase.
Gift receipt returns are for exchange or store credit only.
Holiday gifts purchased between November 1st and December 24th may be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 5th.
Special orders are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.
Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your convenience, we have enclosed a UPS return label, $8 will be deducted from your return if you choose to use this service.
To use the enclosed UPS return label, simply attach the label to your package and drop it off at a UPS store, at a UPS drop box, at a UPS access point, or with your UPS driver.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items in perfect condition with price tags attached if your size is available.
The most effective way to make an exchange is to purchase the size and color you need online. We will credit the original purchase when your return arrives at our returns department. Shipping charges to receive your replacement items are on us! Simply write exchange in the "Add A Note" box on the checkout page and we will deduct the shipping charges upon shipment.

International and Canadian Orders
All international and Canandian orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. We will accurately list items and values on custom forms. We will not label items as "gifts" or misrepresent facts. Customers are responsible for local duties and taxes. We cannot estimate these additional charges.
Please note that packages can often be delayed while clearing customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Pay Pal is the payment method for all International and Canadian orders, after being directed to the Pay Pal site at checkout, you will have the option to use your Pay Pal account or a credit card.
Multiple Orders
When two or more orders are placed within 24 hours, we will combine the orders into one so there is only one shipping charge
Sales Tax
Minnesota customers will be charged sales tax as determined by Minnesota state law.
Price Adjustments
Fawbush's will not make retroactive adjustments to merchandise purchased prior to a sale.

When you purchase from fawbushs.com, we collect customer information for a variety of reasons. We collect personal information such as name, financial institution, telephone number, email address and postal address so that we may process any transaction that you initiate with us.
