Platillos Recycled Textile Necklace - Ivory

All necklaces in Beyond Thread's Recycled Textile Collection are handmade in Peru by groups of women living in small rural communities in the outskirts of Lima. This best selling necklace consists of various size platillos, or saucers in Spanish, wound tightly with thread on three braided strands.  Each piece sold helps support the growth and social development of these small communities especially for the dedicated craftswomen.
