This simple yet striking necklace is made with a delicate wire and front closure over an aluminum circle, brass half sphere and centerted with a Guatemalan jade bead. Chick Boss was formed in 2010 by two sisters in Northern Guatemala to provide training and living wage jobs for people from the remote village of San Andrés, on Lake Itza.
