Starra Layered Dress - Sima

This ankle grazing cotton dress features a vintage floral background studded with freehand embroidery and appliques of bluebirds, flowers and a fawn. It has an empire waist, elbow length sleeves and gathered accents at the full sweeping skirt. A partial row of snaps close the back, but it's reversible for twice the styling options.
